Cancelling a class
Cancel at least 8 hours before your class starts, from your account or the link in your confirmation email.
- 8 hours or more before: drop-in classes are refunded in full to your card, and pass or membership classes go back on your account.
- Less than 8 hours before, or a no-show: your space is released and the class is used. There's no refund.
- Unlimited members: late cancellations (under 8 hours) and no-shows carry a £10 fee, charged automatically to the card on your membership.
Full classes
Join the waitlist from the timetable. If a space opens, everyone on the waitlist is emailed straight away and the first person to book gets it. Standard cancellation rules apply once you're booked in.
If we cancel
If DaKlub cancels or changes a class you're booked into, we'll email you. Cancelled classes are refunded in full, or the class goes back on your pass.
Packs, intro passes and memberships
You can cancel any of these within 14 days of buying, for a refund minus the classes you've used. See Your right to cancel.
Memberships
Memberships have a 3-month minimum term and need 30 days' notice to cancel. You can give notice from your account at any time: your membership ends 30 days later, or at the end of your 3-month minimum term if that's later. You can keep booking until it ends.
